They are doing it again............
"The Nassau County Museum of Art is looking for artists to carve pumpkins for our second annual Twilight Pumpkin Spectacular.
The Twilight Pumpkin Spectacular is an installation of 3,000 jack-o-lanterns on the Museum's vast 143 acres.
Those who carve 5 pumpkins will receive a free admission pass to the show which will be held Thursday, October 23nd through Sunday, October 26th
.
Carving will take place on Monday, October 20, until Wednesday,
October 22nd. Carving hours are: 10am-9pm (week days). All pumpkins to be carved will be supplied by the Museum and will be cleaned out prior to distribution to carvers. Also to be provided by the Museum are carving instruments and light refreshments.
Please be advised that the carving will take place in a garage/outside so please dress accordingly.
