Affordable Advertising For Your Business
DATE: 06 Jul 2006, 11:29 pm / MOOD: Other

Hey LIE Family...

Searching around the net today I found a great and affordable way for us to advertise our businesses in an effective and professional manner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I think it's a great idea so I thought I'd share!

Continue reading for more information:

"DRIVE" business to You while sitting IN traffic!
Whether you are a sales professional or the proud owner of an Internet or brick-and-mortar business, our 'traveling billboards' deliver your message to thousands of motorists and pedestrians every day. I.D. IT! Plates work hard for you in downtown traffic, on a crowded freeway or even while you're parked at the mall.

Imagine the impact of having your website address, e-mail address, company name, phone number and business message seen thousands of times every day in major city traffic. Order Yours Now!

Millions of Impressions - Pennies per Day!
Assuming the average person drives to and from work daily in rush hour traffic in a large city, EACH plate will be seen and understood a minimum of 3,000 times per day. These are called "impressions". Start figuring the cost. Assume the average car owner will keep their vehicle for 3 years. 3,000 impressions per day X 365 days = 1,095,000 impressions per year (X 3 years = 3,285,000 impressions per plate!). Multiply this figure by the number of plates the customer orders to get an indication of what I.D. IT! Plates can really do. At the full retail price of $39.95 or $44.95 per plate, amortized over three years, the cost is a fraction of a penny per impression.
Drive Sales with Your Vehicle!

Forget bumper stickers and other cheap, cheesy decals. Classy I.D. IT! Plates are available in elegant polished chrome or a luxurious gold matte finish and are carefully hand assembled to your text specifications. They mount safely to your vehicle and have been road tested in the frigid Canadian north and in dry desert heat. Your plate can be run through hundreds of car washes and will probably outlast your car! Click here to see who is using I.D. IT! Plates.

Tens of thousands of I.D. IT! Plates have been sold worldwide! They work so well that many of our customers immediately re-order for their employees and associates. The positive feedback has been astounding. See what customers are saying about I.D. IT! Plates.

your Living Will!
DATE: 06 Jul 2006, 11:23 pm / MOOD: Dont know

FYI,

The tragic situation of Terri Schiavo has focused international attention on the agonizing life and death decisions that ripped her family apart and sparked disputes at the highest levels of government. Yet, every year thousands of families just like yours and mine quietly face the same decisions. A family member is critically ill and unable to make his or her own medical decisions. Someone must make those decisions. Who should decide? What should they do?

Is it possible to spare your loved ones the agony? How do you tell your family what to do if you are critically ill and unable to make your own health care decisions? How do you help insure that your family will do what you want done if tragedy strikes?

There is an answer. Prepare a Living Will BEFORE tragedy strikes.

In response to the Terri Schiavo situation, Pre-Paid Legal now makes it possible for Pre-Paid Legal members to prepare a Living Will at no additional charge through the Pre-Paid Legal Forms Service Center.

What is a Living Will? It has different names in different states. In some, it is called an Advanced Medical Directive or other similar names. In short, it is a document that allows you to indicate in writing what care you wish to receive if you have or develop a terminal condition or if you fall into a persistent vegetative state and cannot make decisions. Every state allows such a document. It is a simple document to prepare and execute, but it can be vitally important to you and your family.

The most effective way to communicate your wishes is through a Living Will.

Cordially,

Lawrence H. Framme, III Esq.
Pre-Paid Legal Provider Lawyer

Why do we wait until the day before we're due in court to get legal help?
DATE: 26 Jun 2006, 12:35 am / MOOD: Dont know

Why do we wait until the day before we're due in court to get legal help?

Have you ever attempted to solve a problem over the phone, and suddenly come to the realization that you have better things to do than haggle with the person on the other end of the line? Have you ever faced a situation in which you felt you were wronged by an individual or business and wondered what recourse to take or even if there were any options? Have you ever had your purse or wallet stolen and felt the sting of identity theft?

Most personal problems we face today have legal ramifications. Wrecks, moving violations, family law issues, child custody, child support, alimony, creditor harassment and identity theft are just a few examples of how personal issues can have legal consequence. In fact, a large portion of the population has an ongoing legal problem at any given time. Youve double the chance of being involved in a legal situation than being hospitalized. And as laws continue to change and identity thieves find new ways to threaten society, the complexity of these issues continues to mount. Despite the desperate need for help in understanding and dealing with the legal system, people in many cases still dont seek legal counsel. They may ask their best friend, their boss or their neighbor for advice but a lawyer? Never!

Why not? Most people perceive the legal system as an exclusive game that only the wealthy can play. Rather than ask an attorney for advice, most people simply ignore or complain about their problem and pray it will resolve itself. Lawyers polled, were asked what they found to be the biggest problem in dealing with people and their legal issues. Without fail the response is the same, People come to us the day before they are due in court.

Why do people procrastinate when it comes to legal issues yet practice preventative maintenance in many other areas of their lives? Think about it. How often do you change your oil? Do you wait until the warning light blinks on or do you faithfully change it ever 3,000 miles or so? We know home air-conditioning units run more efficiently with proper maintenance, which saves money, so we change the filter regularly, dont we?So why do we wait until the day before were due in court to get legal help? We all know that if we had just gone to an attorney and found out what our rights were found out how to handle a situation we would have been much better off.

Why Bother Doing Pre-Paid Legal?
DATE: 26 Jun 2006, 12:32 am / MOOD: Happy

Why bother "doing Pre-Paid Legal"?

Because people were asking me this when I started, I began asking myself why. My answer to myself inspired me. Here's why...

I once heard a Dr. Terry Lyles say "If you live in America and you do not own your own business, you have given up your right to be free." He was talking about how most people have JOBS and work to make other people rich and free. I learned a long time ago being around my father, who taught me that you never want to work for someone else if you ever want to control your own life... so I knew I could NEVER have a JOB. I soon learned that owning a traditional business could be an interesting challenge, but business ownership stress mostly wipes out the advantages over having a job. Most people I know who have jobs are not happy, and most people I know who run their own businesses will admit that their business runs them. I have personally worked extremely hard at everything I have ever done my entire life... and I have come to a conclusion...

So this is what I have found. The PPL business model provides a lifestyle that is RARELY possible elsewhere. When I describe my lifestyle now because of PPL, and compare it to the way I used to live, it makes me smile from ear to ear. Some of my friends hate to hear me talk about how happy I am all the time because they know they will never get to this point, basically because they refuse to let go of old paradigms and programming - that people are supposed to work hard and barely get by. How do I live now BECAUSE OF PPL? I wake up every morning without an alarm clock. My day belongs to me. I do what I want, when I want. I have not one person who tells me what to do. I cannot be fired. If I feel like going and playing golf all day, I can just go, yet my business keeps producing my income. I can go see my little 2 year old niece and play with her during the day. I can go have lunch at off-peak times and not have to deal with the crowds. I schedule trips to different places I would like to see around the country, and since I do a presentation or training while there, being a business trip I get to write it off. At the age of 30, I built a 6,500 sq ft home complete with everything I wanted - movie theater, gym, spa, pool room, 3 car garage, fireplace in the master bedroom. I drive a Ferrari, which some people do not care about that, but it was something I always dreamed of, so it fulfilled my own dream and makes me happy. I have so many close friends now, more than I could ever have before due to my former hectic work regiment. I work towards bigger goals and dreams every day with great pride knowing that I am building for me and my family an incredible future. My children will never have to live without anything, not material needs, nor time and attention. I will be raising my children myself, every day. I will not miss those magical years because I had to give them to an employer instead of those whom I love. I am setting up a charitable foundation to do important things for children who have not been given the start in life that they deserve. If I think of anything else that is important to me, I'll just add it to the list of what I do on the spot. That's called freedom.

So why should someone get into PPL and work hard? That's the stupidest question I think anyone could ever ask. How could someone not? Stress is killing people out there. Children are being raised by daycare. Financial woes are ripping apart marriages. People are spending themselves into debt and destroying any chance to ever retire. People are buying houses on variable rate loans that will catch up to them and force them to lose their homes when the rate catches up and their income is still the same. Road rage will get the best of some. Stress will cause others to contract illness. The picture is bleak all around.

It flat out blows my mind how some people in PPL are not treating their business seriously. They are squandering the rare opportunity to be in the right place at the right time to change their lives. That sounds cliche, fine. If my lifestyle I live is cliche, I want a whole truckload of it. My life is forever changed because I went out and built my PPL business. I did not make excuses. I did not care if people said no. I went to my meeting every week with guests. I went to every annual convention. I listen to the tapes, read the books, got on every call, and prospected every person I could... and here I am, 6 years later, living the dream. My dream. You only have one life to live, and living it for a salary trading your time for a dollar, or owning a business that is sucking the life out of you... that's no way to live. Our families are counting on us to make better decisions than that. Would I give advice? Absolutely! STOP right now, stop making excuses. You did not meet with someone to show them the DVD today? Why not??!!! That is a conscious choice to do the wrong thing, to stay where you are in life and not do the proper activity to get ahead. God wants you to have much more. Your family wants much more. Your boss smiles every night knowing he/she is leveraging you and your precious time, knowing you'll never be at the top of their pyramid. You can build your way to the top in your PPL business, and nobody can stop you but you. Read this 20 times and ask yourself what you are going to do. I will pray for you to make the right decision for you. If you get serious about PPL, I will be here to help you along with our entire team. You have everything to lose and all to gain. Time is ticking. The opportunity is passing. It is not too late. It all starts with you stepping up, reaching out to your upline. Choose your own pace, but just move forward. Ready for the 6-figure Ring? Ready to be a hero?

In Friendship and Success,

Brian Carruthers
