Hi There,
Maybe you think I'm ridiculous, asking if you'd join me dancing at the Holiday Inn in Ronkonkoma, which is a fun crowd with great Oldies bands--and a much younger black woman named Elsa who works at the Labor Dept on Oser Avenue will tell you that if nothing else, I'm the best dance she's ever had. Not that I'm necessarily into inter-raciality. You just popped up. My twin sons were illustrious Smithtown scholastic athletes, and are sophomores at Oberlin on full tuition scholarships. I teach part-time in C.I. and can give you 100 kids' names who'll tell you that their one period with me was the best 40 minutes of their life. I'm doing a tv show on channel 20 Tuesdays at 6:30 on learning skills, by popular demand. I think this oughta be as easy as pie. People just make it difficult because they're three years old going on forty: the more difficult they are, the more worthy they feel if they're still loved. Life's tough enough with two people pulling together. Much easier than alone, though. Lotsa ways easier ... Happy trails, david 921-8054
