Belt Parkway

Belt Parkway - This parkway makes a 3/4 loop around queens and brooklyn. It is made up of Shore, Southern, Laurelton, and Cross Island Parkways. Its known as The Belt Parkway. Only the Cross Island Parkway keeps its own name. Connects the Verrazano Bridge and Southern State Parkway.

Bethpage Parkway

Bethpage Parkway - A short spur that connects Southern State Parkway with Bethpage State Park. Travels North and South through Nassau County. No commercial travic is permitted in the parkway.

Brooklyn Queens Expressway - The Brooklyn Queens Expressway is used in sections by about 150 thousand vehicles a day, with especially heavy use at the Brooklyn end.

Cross Island Parkway

Cross Island Parkway - Cross Island Parkway is a parkway located in Queens County, Long Island, New York. It is a part of the Belt Parkway system that runs 10.6 miles from the Whitestone Expressway (Interstate 678) in Whitestone past the Throgs Neck Bridge.

Deer Park Avenue

Deer Park Avenue - (Route 231) was originally intended by New York State to act as a temporary section as it moved the route over to the formerly proposed Babylon-Northport Expressway. The New York State 231 is a four-lane highway located in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.

Hempstead Turnpike

Hempstead Turnpike - Hempstead Turnpike travels East and West while Connecting New York City (Queens County) with Route 109 and Cocklin Street in Farmingdale, Suffolk County near Republic Airport. It is called Cocklin Street in Suffolk and Jamaica Avenue in New York City.

Broadway route 107

Hicksville Road - Connecting Glen Cove with Hicksville and Massapequa. New York Route 107 is a major thru highway for Long Island traveling North and South through Nassau County.

Jericho Turnpike

Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) is located in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties which are considered a major east-west road running from east midtown Manhattan, to the Cross Sound Ferry terminal at Orient Point on the end of the North Shore of Long Island, New York.

Jericho Turnpike

Route 25A Route 25A, a road common to Long Islanders, cuts across the northern part of the island. It takes travelers from the densely populated borough of Queens to the eastern part of Suffolk County. In past times, the road was not necessarily considered as all of one.

Long Island Expressway

Long Island Expressway - This is known as the LIE to Long Islanders. The Long Island Expressway (Interstate 495) is the main freeway. Begines at the Midtown Tunnel to Manhatten and ends in Riverhead where Long Island's forks begin.

Meadowbrook Parkway

Meadowbrook Parkway - An alternate to Wantagh Parkway going to Jones Beach. Meadowbrook Parkway serves many recreational areas such as Shopping Malls, The Nassau Coleseum, and Many State Parks. It travels North and South through Nassau County. No commercial traffic permitted on parkway.

Montauk Highway

Montauk Highway - Montauk Highway 27A is a highway that extends from Jamaica, in the Queens Borough to Montauk Point in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.

Route 106

Newbridge Road - NY Route 106 connects Bellmore with Hicksville and Cold Spring Harbour. It travels North and South through Nassau County.

Northern Parkway

Northern State Parkway - This parkway connects Haupauge with New York City and serves the northern portion of Long Island. In New York city, its name changes to Grand Central Parkway, named after Grand Central station. It also will take you to the Bronx and Westchester via the Triboro Bridge. No commercial traffic is permitted on the parkway.

Ocean Parkway

Ocean Parkway - Ocean Parkway is a 15.59-mile parkway which runs through bothNassau and Suffolk, on the South Shore of Long Island, New York.

Broadhollow Road

Route 110 Broadhollow Road - This road serves the southern to northern portion of Long Island, it connects Amityville to Huntington near the Nassua and Suffolk County border.

Sagtikos Parkway

Sagtikos Parkway - The middle half of the Suffolk parkway corridor, Sagtikos Parkway connects Sunken Meadow Parkway with the Southern State Parkway and Robert Moses Causeway. No commercial traffic is permitted on the parkway.

Route 135

Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway - This road was runs North and South in Nassau County between Montauk Highway in Wantagh and stops at Jericho Turnpike (NY 25) in Seaford.

Southern State Parkway

Southern State Parkway - This parkway serves the southern portion of Long Island, it connects New York City with East Islip and Hecksher Park. No commercial traffic is allowed on the parkway.

Sunrise Highway

Sunrise Highway - Sunrise Highway runs East and West on the southern portion of Long Island between New York City and Montauk Point. Also known as the Prisoners of War POW Memorial Highway.

Wantagh State Parkway

Route 454 Veterans Memorial Highway - Easy access to main roads is one reason people pick the location of where they live. Route 454 also provides access to many of New York State's Suffolk County Government Offices.

Wantagh State Parkway

Wantagh State Parkway - The Wantagh State Parkway is a parkway located in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. It is an approximately 30 miles east of Manhattan.

Route 347

Route 347 is a state highway that can be found in Suffolk County, New York and is commonly known as NY 347. The highway travels in an east to west direction and is the connection point between the Northern State Parkway.

Route 111

Route 111 runs North and South for 9.42 miles from Islip to the Village of the Branch on Long Island. Most of the road is two lane highway except for several four lane segments where it intersects freeways.

Route 112

Route 112 has a long and storied history as a part of the United States. Originally known as Patchogue Stage Road at the end of the nineteenth century and the early twentieth, it served as the main avenue of transportation for those traveling between Patchogue and Port Jefferson.
