The neighborhood has a total area of 0.6 square miles, all land. As of the 2000 census, there were 3,188 people, 1,044 households, and 842 families residing in the CDP. It had a population density of 5,441.07 people per sq. mile. The median income for a household in the CDP was $78,130, and the median income for a family was $85,259.
