 Upper Brookville is an incorporated village located in Nassau County, on the North Shore of Long Island, New York. It is within the Town of Oyster Bay. The county seat is Mineola. Although the village is physically lower than the surrounding area, its wealthy residents did not want to live in Lower Brookville, and instead they named it Upper Brookville.
