NEW YORK – U.S. Senate candidate Chele Farley (R,C,Reform) today announced that she has earned the strong endorsement of Congressman John Faso (NY-19) in her bid to defeat incumbent Kirsten Gillibrand this November.
The endorsement comes in addition to growing support from grassroots sources and elected officials across New York state, including former Governor George Pataki, Rep. Peter King (NY-2), Rep. Elise Stefanik (NY-21) and former U.S. Senator Alfonse D’Amato, an earlier Gillibrand backer who subsequently threw his support behind Farley’s candidacy, he said, because Gillibrand “abandoned New Yorkers in her pursuit of her presidential ambitions.”
“Chele Farley is an effective leader and proven problem-solver. She has a record of results and is entirely focused on the families of New York state, while Sen. Gillibrand’s has turned her attention toward her run for president. I am confident Chele can deliver for Hudson Valley and Catskills families and small businesses with the same tenacity that propelled her through a successful business career spanning more than 25 years,” said Rep. Faso.
Said Farley: “I am grateful for Congressman Faso’s support in this critical race to confront and fix the challenges of our state. Congressman Faso understands the difference between talk and action, and his record of reform and values helped inspire my own run for U.S. Senate. I look forward to delivering for the Hudson Valley and Catskills after our campaign defeats do-nothing Senator Kirsten Gillibrand this November. The time for change is now.”
Chele Farley is an outsider with over 25 years of experience in the private sector. She is the endorsed Republican, Conservative and Reform Party candidate for U.S. Senate. Farley lives in New York City with her husband Richard and their three sons. For more information about US Senate candidate Chele Farley, please visit www.CheleFarleyforSenate.com.
