Annual installation dinner at Majestic Gardens in Rocky Point
(Rocky Point, NY) The Brookhaven Fire Department held its annual installation dinner at Majestic Gardens in Rocky Point where they honored incoming and outgoing officers as well as lifetime members.
At the dinner, 50-year member/leader James Verni was honored for his dedicated service to the department. James moved from the city to Brookhaven where he opened a deli next door to the firehouse. From there, it was an easy step to join the department.
