The three teens were walking on the shoulder of Grand Boulevard at West 6th Street in Deer Park on August 7, 2011 when they were struck by Wild driving a 1997 SUV.
One teen suffered a fractured collarbone, the other two were treated for contusions and lacerations.
The prosecution was successful in securing a commitment from the court that Wild will receive up to six years imprisonment upstate if she violates the terms of her probation.
