John Robertson has had an entrepreneurial state of mind since his teenage years when he worked in the food service industry. After a brief stint in culinary school, he spent his early adulthood working at various hotels, caterers, and corporate dining facilities throughout Long Island, Manhattan, and South Florida with the goal of one day opening his own business. At age 21 he came up with the name of his current business, The Sexy Salad and eventually opened an eatery with that name in Hauppauge years later. He now operates one of the most successful Corporate Catering companies in Suffolk County along with his casual restaurant – The Sexy Salad which opened in 2003. John joins The LIASB board of directors as a man on a mission.
