(Hicksville, NY) West East All Natural Bistro & Bar in Hicksville, NY has re-emerged, extending their Asian concept to also embrace American cuisine. Owners Raquel and Jay Jadeja have been unofficially involved with consulting at this restaurant for some time and acquired the location in January 2012. Jay Jadeja works at the helm as “chief cook” and “bottlewasher” a.k.a executive chef and general manager.
Guests are happily surprised by the modish interior unrivaled in Hicksville. Simple dark wooden tables are stationed under Asian lantern-like ceiling lights. Dining room seating includes leather cushioned dark wood chairs with windowpane backs and a fabric wrapped banquet. Orange hues and red accents envelope the walls surrounding the dining area and a granite bar. Geometric shapes of circles, squares and rectangles complete the contemporary air of West East All Natural Bistro & Bar.
