(Queens, NY) On Saturday, September 28, NYS Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. and Integrated Medical Foundation will host No-Cost Prostate Cancer Screenings. The screening will be open to men ages 40 and older who have not been previously treated for prostate cancer, regardless of whether they have insurance.
The screening will take place at Woodhaven/Richmond Hill Volunteer Ambulance Corps, located at 78-15 Jamaica Avenue in Woodhaven, from Noon – 2 PM. To make an appointment please contact Frank Fazio at Senator Addabbo’s district office at 718-738-1111.
The screening will include a PSA blood test. Appointments are recommended, however walk-ins are accepted. The patients will be notified of the exam results by bringing a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Patients must also bring a photo ID with an address (e.g. driver’s license). Street parking only is available.
