(Queens NY) NYS Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr., along with local elder law attorneys Brady & Marshak, will again co-sponsor an indoor summer concert of swing music on Thursday, August 29 from 7-9 PM, at St. Helen’s Church-Father Dooley Hall, 84th Street and 157th Avenue, Howard Beach. Admission is free.

Everyone is invited to come out for our annual Arnie Mig Memorial Concert and enjoy the music of the Big Band Era. Returning again this year, Frank Pedulla will lead The New Swing Orchestra in a concert to honor Arnie Mig, who for many years brought the swing music of the famous big bands to our community.
Addabbo said, “It’s my pleasure to co-sponsor this concert each year to remember Arnie for all that he did for his community. I invite all who love a good time to bring your dancing shoes, your own refreshments (water will be provided), and come show love for the man who for over 20 years, brought us back to the glory days of the Big Band Era.”
