(Long Island, NY) Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,I-South Huntington) recently joined the United Breast Cancer Foundation and Gail King to discuss cancer survivorship and its effect on the community. Gail King, a cancer survivor and host of LooKING to Make a Difference with Gail King, welcomed Lupinacci to the television show, where he gave remarks about the united community of advocates for those fighting cancer.
“Cancer has a devastating impact on our relationships, families and communities throughout New York State. Despite the tragic effects of this terrible disease, we have individuals like Gail King, who serve as a beacon of hope for those currently battling cancer,” Lupinacci said.

“The United Breast Cancer Foundation is a devoted group of individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives that are affected by breast cancer. I commend these admirable members of our community, and I am proud that to say that this foundation calls the 10th Assembly District home,” Lupinacci continued.
“When an individual defeats cancer, they become a member of a unique and strong community of survivorship. This community has taken a prominent role in fighting for those still affected and doing all things possible to increase awareness and inspire those still fighting. I applaud Gail King, the United Breast Cancer Foundation, and all those who continue to fight on behalf of those affected by cancer,” Lupinacci concluded.
