(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau reports an arrest for Burglary on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 9:10 P.M. in South Farmingdale.
According to Burglary Squad detectives, on Friday September 18, 2015 at 2:30 a.m. Dee Dee’s Nail Salon, located at 607 Main Street, South Farmingdale was entered through the front door after the lock cylinder was removed. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the store.

On Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 2:30 a.m. Rainbow Nail Salon, located at 447 Main Street, Farmingdale was entered through the front door after the lock cylinder was removed. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the store.
On Monday, January 11, 2016 at 8:40 p.m. Lucky Nail Salon, located at 37 Main Street, Hempstead was entered through the front door after the lock cylinder was removed. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the store.
On Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 2:30 a.m. Rainbow Nail Salon, located at 447 Main Street, Farmingdale had its front door lock cylinder tampered with in an attempt to gain entry. No entry was made and the defendant fled the scene with no proceeds.
An investigation identified Francisco Leboy, 55, of South Farmingdale and placed him under arrest at Main Street and Fallwood Parkway.
Leboy is charged with three counts of Burglary 3rd degree and an attempted Burglary 3rd degree and will be arraigned on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
