(Long Island, NY) The First Squad reports the arrest of a Baldwin man on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 5:40 p.m. for Burglary which occurred in Baldwin.
According to detectives, while conducting an investigation of a burglary that occurred on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 on Central Avenue they discovered proceeds had been sold to two pawn brokers in Baldwin.

The investigation led to the arrest of David Aguiar, 25, on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 5:40 p.m. at his residence.
Aguiar is charged with (2) two counts of Burglary 2nd degree and (2) two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
