(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime Unit detectives are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Saturday, June 6, at a bank in Bayport.
A man entered Citibank, located at 835 Montauk Highway, at approximately 1:50 p.m., approached a teller and presented a note demanding cash. The teller complied with the demand and gave the suspect cash. The man fled on foot northbound.

The robber is described as white, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing a baseball hat, sunglasses, dark hooded-sweatshirt and blue jeans.
