(Long Island, NY) Second Squad detectives report the arrest of a Bayville man for possession of stolen property, which were proceeds from a burglary that occurred in Locust Valley on Sunday, 01/11/15 at 1:00 P.M.
According to detectives, Zachary Bruscella, 35, sold an undisclosed amount of stolen jewelry at Smithtown Gold and Diamond pawn shop located at 10 West Cherry Street in Hicksville. Second Precinct Police officers located the defendant at his residence on Tuesday, 07/14/15 where he was placed under arrest.

Bruscella is being charged with Criminal Possession Stolen Property 3rd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 07/15/15 in First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
