(Huntington, NY) – Councilwoman Susan A. Berland swore in the Town of Huntington Fire Chief’s Council’s new executive officers during their May meeting at Greenlawn Fire Department.
The newly re-elected Executive Officers of the Town of Huntington Fire Chief’s Council are: Chief Scott Waryold, Greenlawn Fire Department, President; Ex-Chief John McKenna, Northport Fire Department, 1st Vice President; Ex-Chief John McDonough, Northport Fire Department, 2nd Vice President; Gary Hontz, Eaton’s Neck Fire Department, Treasurer; and David Mohr, Huntington Community First Aid Squad, Secretary.
“I extend my congratulations to each of the newly sworn-in Executive Officers of the Town of Huntington Fire Chief’s Council,” commented Councilwoman Berland. “Each of these men volunteers their time to serve their community and is dedicated to bringing each of the fifteen fire departments and first aid squads together to represent Huntington’s emergency responders with one unified voice.”
