(Long Island, NY) The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Bethpage man for Making a Terroristic Threat that occurred on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in East Norwich.
According to detectives, a female faculty member at James H. Vernon School, 880 Oyster Bay Road was engaged in conversation with custodian Brian Hulsen, 40. During the conversation Hulsen made verbal threats towards another teacher at the school and a threat against the school.

On Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 3:45 p.m. Second Squad detectives located the subject at his residence and placed under arrest.
Hulsen is charged with Making a Terroristic Threat and will be arraigned on Friday, September 11, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
