(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime Unit detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at a Brentwood bank on Thursday, December 24.
A man entered Capital One, located at 340 Washington Ave., at 1:22 p.m. and handed a teller a note that demanded cash. The teller complied and the man fled on foot.

The man was described as 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a dark-colored jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and a baseball cap.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
