(Long Island, NY) Marco Barrila, the celebrated chef of Via Del Mare in Water Mill and owner of Insatiable Eats in Southampton will prepare a superb dinner for all discerning gastronomes at St. Luke’s Church in East Hampton on October 14 at 6:30 PM. Chef Marco is a participant in the East End Chefs Program, a monthly event to raise funds for local college scholarships.
Chef Marco will start the program with a Caprese Salad made with hand-pulled mozzarella, followed by delicious hand rolled Gnocchi with beef, garden vegetables and imported parmesan. For dessert, Zabaglione Lampone with fresh raspberries and Marsala. It will be a ne plus ultra dinner one will never forget!
The cost of the dinner is $25 dollars per person, $5 for wine, and $1 for water. “All the money raised from the event will be used to support the church’ scholarship fund,” said Reverend Denis Brunelle.
