(Long Island, NY) The Second Squad reports the arrest of a South Farmingdale man for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 2:25 p.m. in S. Farmingdale.
According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations Officers while conducting a narcotics investigation placed Veselko T. Pavkovic, 41, under arrest as he exited his residence.

After executing a search warrant an undisclosed amount of cocaine and approximately $28,000.00 dollars was seized from the home.
Pavkovic is charged with (5) five counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
