Mr. Schneider, of Hewlett Bay Park and a member of the board of trustees of Hewlett Bay Park Village since 2010, has been active in real estate and construction for more than a quarter-century. The Schneider companies specialize in the construction and renovation of commercial office spaces and buildings; the development and management of commercial and residential real estate; and provide waterproofing and masonry restoration services for multi-unit residential and commercial properties on Long Island. They also offer 24-hour emergency restoration response for building damage due to fire, flooding and wind events.
