(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a man who fell off a roof at an apartment complex under construction in Yaphank on Wednesday, January 20.
Edgar Moroy-Morales, 34, of Copiague, was working as a roofer at The Boulevard condo complex, being built on William Floyd Parkway in Yaphank, when he feel approximately 40 feet off a roof at approximately 10 a.m.

Moroy-Morales was transported to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue where he died from his injuries.
The investigation is continuing. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) were notified.
