(Huntington, NY) Councilwoman Susan A. Berland was on hand to present an official proclamation from the Town of Huntington to William Irving, who is retiring after 23 years of service as the representative to the Town of Huntington Fire Chiefs Council as the Senior Deputy Fire Coordinator of the Suffolk County Fire Rescue & Emergency Services 2nd Division.
“It was a pleasure to present William Irving with a proclamation,” commented Councilwoman Berland. “Bill greatly enhanced the Town of Huntington through his leadership and commitment to excellence. His dedicated service to the Chiefs Council, Suffolk County and to the Greenlawn Fire Department has helped keep us safe from harm. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
