Darcy’s Delights All Natural Zucchini Loaf will now be sold throughout the entire Northeast region in over 80 Costco stores in time for the fall season
(Long Island, NY) Darcy Grainger, a special education teacher on Long Island, has been baking since the age of 7.
“It all started as a family recipe that was a thank you gift during the holidays to family, neighbors, friends, fellow colleagues in the work place, and an “ice-breaker with her challenging students”.

After suffering the loss of her brother, brother in law and her mother, she managed her grief by learning how to start her own company. The sleepless nights turned into long hours of research and development that led to her decision to create her company with a mission; “Darcy’s Delights.”
Already found at many stores and farmers markets, Darcy’s Delights come in a variety of flavors including Pumpkin Bread, Lemon Loaf, Carrot Cake, Zucchini Bread and the extremely popular Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread. Some bread’s are available Gluten Free and Darcy is proud to say that all are All Natural.

Darcy’s story of success can be found in the aisles of Costco where she works tirelessly to come up with new flavors and techniques for her breads, from the perfect recipe right down to the packaging.
