(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau Special Investigation Squad reports the arrest of an East Meadow woman for Criminal Mischief on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 7:05 a.m. in East Meadow.
According to detectives, Nassau County detectives along with the FBI Joint Terrorist Task Force conducted a joint investigation which led to the arrest of Judith McGlone, 50, on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 7:05 am at her residence.

The investigation determined that McGlone slashed the tires of multiple vehicles and mailed letters containing an unknown white substance, which was determined to be confectioners’ sugar, to various victims in the East Meadow area.
McGlone is charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd degree and one count of Placing a False Bomb 2nd degree. She will be arraigned on Thursday, June 04, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
