Education Choice Alliance of Western New York will meet with NY lawmakers during National School Choice Week
(Albany, New York) The school choice options already available in New York will be celebrated, and support for school choice expansion will be voiced, by members of the Education Choice Alliance of Western New York at the State Capitol on January 28. The session with lawmakers will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Legislative Office Building – Room 211.
Special speaker Gary Lamb will address session attendees. Mr. Lamb is the director of CAUSE NYS (www.causenys.org), a grassroots volunteer association dedicated to supporting greater educational options for New York families. He has been involved in school funding issues for more than 30 years as an education researcher, school administrator, fundraiser, parent, and grandparent.
