Thomas Mckinley, 53, and wife, Lorraine Bianchini, 61, accused of selling heroin out of their apartment
(Long Island, NY) An Elmont husband and wife have been arrested as a part of a major drug bust this week for dealing heroin out of their apartment, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
Thomas Mckinley, 53, (right) and wife, Lorraine Bianchini, 61, (right) were taken into custody after police discovered 1,534 bags of heroin and Alprazolam 50 pills in their home. Cops additionally found an undetermined amount of cash in their possession as well, according to reports.
After an extensive undercover investigation, a search warrant was executed Tuesday afternoon by Nassau Narcotics and Vice Bureau detectives at the couples’apartment, located on Times Avenue in Elmont, cops said.
Police also arrested two alleged drug buyers as a part of their investigation. Maggie Caballero, 26, of East Rockaway, and Grant Marshall, 25, of Copiague were both taken into custody after both made heroin purchases from Mckinley, police said.
Caballero and Marshall were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both Mckinley and Bianchini were also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. In addition, Mckinley was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance. All parties were arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
