(Long Island, NY) The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of an Elmont woman for a Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 5:43 p.m. in Massapequa.
According to detectives, a female victim had arranged to sell a designer belt and designer “Carmine” sneakers to Felicia Ahmed, 18, who was known to the victim. Ahmed arrived in a vehicle driven by an unknown male to a pre-arranged location in Massapequa.

The victim handed the belt to Ahmed and placed the sneakers on the car at which time Ahmed shoved the victim to the ground and fled in the vehicle with both items. Fifth Precinct Officers located Ahmed at Elmont High School on Thursday, June 11, 2015 and placed her under arrest.
Ahmed is charged with Robbery 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Friday, June 12, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
