(Long Island, NY) On Oct, 23, 2015, the Fair Media Council holds the largest conference in the country to bring media and community together for a day of open dialogue, story pitching, relationship building and mutual understanding.
Hundreds of businesses and nonprofits turn out to meet nearly 100 reporters, editors, news directors, producers, writers, anchors and more from the New York metro area.
“It’s basically one-stop shopping,” said FMC CEO Jaci Clement. “To meet this many media under one roof only happens on Long Island at Connection Day.”
The day is filled with panel discussions, featured speakers, networking opportunities and exhibitors with stories to tell.
