Mr. Sandler, a Dix Hills, NY resident, focuses on commercial real estate leases, acquisitions and development, including financing and tax-deferred exchanges, with an emphasis on retail and office leasing. He represents owners and lessees of office buildings, national and local retailers, shopping centers, and franchisees. Mr. Sandler earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law; a master’s degree in urban planning from the City University of New York Hunter College and his undergraduate degree in the arts from American University.
