(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau is investigating a robbery that occurred in Lakeview on Tuesday, 09/08/15 at 9:35 P.M.
According to detectives, a male subject armed with a handgun entered BP Gas Station located at 688 Woodfield Rd., approached the clerk and demanded money. The victim complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.

The subject fled the scene on foot westbound on Eagle Ave. There was one additional employee and no customers present in the gas station at the time of the robbery.
No injuries were reported.
The subject is described as a male black, 5’10” tall, medium build, wearing a black tee shirt and a dark colored hat. No further description is available.
