(Setauket, New York). Gallery North is pleased to present Christian White: Painting and Sculpture. In addition to paintings of the elements, still life paintings, and figurative work, this exhibition will feature a preview of White’s carvings for the Iconic Wall, soon to be installed at the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics. His current vision, which embodies a unique style and innovative direction, portrays a mixture of art and science.
This installation will bring a new appreciation to the scope of his work, while still captivating his existing supporters.
Since 1983, White has been featured in an annual solo exhibition at Gallery North in Setauket, New York. On multiple occasions his work has been reviewed in the New York Times, as well as a variety of other newspaper and magazine publications. Starting with his first solo exhibition in 1975, White has acquired a loyal following and created a legacy that reaches throughout Long Island and the New York area.
