(West Islip, NY) Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center recently held its annual Golf Classic at Southward Ho Country Club in Bay Shore. More than 190 participants enjoyed a day of golf with colleagues and friends, while supporting The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation.
The event raised $220,000 to benefit the Cancer Center at Good Samaritan, which provides high quality cancer care and patient navigation. Chairman and owner of Axis Construction Ralph Lambert was the honoree of this year’s Golf Classic, which was chaired by Foundation board member and owner of Trés Palm restaurant in Babylon Danny O’Donnell.
