(Long Island, NY) Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center recently held its annual Outstanding Nursing Excellence Awards ceremony. Among those recognized were an array of nursing and support staff members. Nominees were selected based on their achievements in categories such as Nurse Leader, Clinical Leadership, Nurse Preceptors and Support Staff. These outstanding individuals empower others through their communication and motivational skills which help improve patient outcomes.
