(West Islip, NY) On August 24, Macy’s is opening its new South Shore Macy’s in Bay Shore and partnering with Good Samaritan Hospital in Macy’s national “Shop for a Cause” charity shopping event. Macy’s Discount Cards, offering a 25% discount, can be purchased for $5 with proceeds to benefit the Good Samaritan Hospital Guilds. Customers can purchase shopping passes at the Volunteer Office, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and the hospital lobby, Saturdays, 9:00 am – noon.
By purchasing a shopping pass, customers support the Good Samaritan Hospital Guilds, made up of more than 900 volunteers, while enjoying a day of spectacular discounts, entertainment and special events at Macy’s South Shore Mall. Pass holders will receive special discounts on most regular, sale and clearance purchases all day.
