(Long Island, NY) The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Queens man for Endangering the Welfare of an elderly person on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 3:29 P.M.
According to detectives, in early June of 2015, Randolph Bien-Aime, 26, was employed at a Great Neck ACLD group home. An investigation revealed the suspect struck a female resident, 71 years of age, in the face.

The suspect is no longer employed at the facility. He was placed under arrest at his residence without incident on September 15, 2015.
Bien-Aime is charged with Endangering an Incompetent Person and Endangering the Welfare of an Elderly Person. He will be arraigned on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
