(West Islip, NY) The Guilds of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center recently presented $90,000 to The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation to support the hospital’s cardiology services.
This gift brought the Guilds’ 2013 donations to a total of $250,000 for various programs, including pediatrics, cancer, intensive care services and the Emergency Department. Made up of volunteers from surrounding communities, the Guilds have helped sustain the hospital for more than 50 years.
