(West Islip, NY) The Guilds of Good Samaritan recently presented a check for $50,000 to The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation to support the hospital’s Annual Ball on September 27 benefiting the Cancer Center at Good Samaritan Hospital.

This most recent Guild donation will further enhance the hospital’s commitment to caring for the region’s cancer patients, providing excellence in cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Staffed by expert physicians, skilled and compassionate nurses, and allied health professionals, Good Samaritan’s patients’ outcomes are often equivalent or superior to those reported by major cancer centers around the country.
