(Long Island, NY) Third Squad detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 11:30 pm in Hempstead.
According to detectives, three male blacks all armed with handguns and all wearing masks covering their faces, entered the Village Express Deli & Grocery, 427 S. Franklin Street, threatened the stores clerk/cashier, removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled the store on foot southbound on S. Franklin Street.

The uninjured male victim was unable to further describe the subjects.
