(East Patchogue, NY) Assemblyman Edward Hennessey helped to kick off the Town of Brookhaven’s Great Community Cleanup at St. Joseph the Worker Church located on Narragansett Avenue in East Patchogue.
Volunteers gathered for a full day of neighborhood cleanup with the promise of a barbeque after the work was done. Assemblyman Hennessey wrapped up the day with volunteers from the Medford Civic and Taxpayer Association and Medford residents who turned their cleanup efforts to Long Island Avenue and the Medford Train Station area.

“When we keep our streets and neighborhoods clean and work to make them attractive, it sends the right message to those people passing through and others who may want to settle down and call the pretty little corner lot that sparkles home.
