(Long Island, NY) The Second Squad reports the details of an arrest for Burglary that occurred on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 1:50 PM in Bethpage.
According to detectives, 911 received a call for a burglary in progress at Bethpage Virtual Golf – 262 Broadway. Upon arrival, officers were approached by a male victim who stated that an unknown male subject was inside the closed store without permission.

A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Felix Donald, 52, unknown address, without incident. The defendant was holding a computer hard drive and a camera belonging to the store at the time of his arrest.
Defendant Donald is being charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
