(RIVERHEAD, NY) Angela’s House, a local non-profit that assists families caring for children that are medically fragile received a large donation from Krantz Motorsports and Race for Kids at Riverhead Raceway on Saturday, September 21st. Executive Director Bob Policastro was presented with a check for $118,000 dollars raised through their tireless fundraising effort called “One Lap at a Time”.

100 percent of all funds raised goes directly to Angela’s House to allow the organization to continue to provide crucial services to children and their families in the community when conventional aid stops. Local 103.9 WRCN DJ Bill Powers was on hand to witness this historic day for both Angela’s House and Krantz Motor Sports, calling in with live updates throughout the event.
The team was overjoyed to provide Angela’s House with this check. The racing team said, “VICTORY LANE IS NOT A ROAD ON A RACE TRACK, IT’S A WORLD WHERE NO FAMILY IN NEED GOES WITHOUT SUPPORT.”…….DARREN KRANTZ, FOUNDER RACE FOR KIDS.COM & KRANTZ MOTORSPORTS “
