(Long Island, NY) Back by popular demand, Ladies Night Out is coming to Stony Brook Village once again on Thursday, October 15 from 6 pm to 9 pm. The event will offer not only shop and restaurant specials and promotions but live music throughout.
WALK Radio will be on hand spinning tunes during the night, as well as Quarter Horse Band, Barrelhouse and Burke & Brenda. Participating shops and restaurants will offer mega discounts, ½ priced specialty cocktails and apps, “pink drinks,” free gifts, raffles and much more. You can register online at stonybrookvillage.com/lno to receive a free goodie bag – only 150 are being handed out. Visitors pick up their goodie bags upon arrival at Flair Designer Boutique in Market Square between 6 pm and 7 pm that evening. Unclaimed ones will be handed out first-come, first-serve after that time to visitors.
The event will benefit this year’s Walk for Beauty in a Beautiful Place which takes place on October 25 in the Village Center. It offers a 4K Color Splash, 4K/6K Walk and a 10K “Hercules on the Harbor” timed run. Ladies Night Out proceeds will go directly to a targeted research fund at Stony Brook Medicine for breast cancer research and the WMHO Unique Boutique for prosthesis and wigs.
