(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police arrested a Lindenhurst man after he pointed a loaded gun at a security guard at a Babylon restaurant on Sunday, February 14.
Atilla Goksen was removed from Monsoon, located at 48 Deer Park Ave., after he was involved in an incident inside the restaurant. While outside the restaurant, Goksen pointed a loaded handgun at a security guard.

Goksen was wrestled to the ground by multiple employees, dropped the gun and fled the scene on foot. He was arrested a short time later on Main Street in Babylon.
Goksen, 25, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Menacing 2nd Degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Goksen was arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday, February 14.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
