(Long Island, NY) The Narcotics/Vice Bureau reports the details of an arrest for criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance that occurred in Long Beach on 08/10/14 at 5:28 P.M.
According to detectives, Kraig Reilly, 18, of Long Beach, sold a quantity of Xanax to another for an agreed upon amount of money. Long Beach detectives located the defendant on Tuesday, 06/09/15 on Arizona Ave. in Long Beach, where he was placed under arrest.

Reilly is being charged with two counts of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 5th Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 5th Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 06/10/15 in First District Court, Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
