(Long Island, NY) Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R, C, I – South Huntington) recently awarded a New York State Assembly Citation to Peter C. Magerle, a newly anointed Eagle Scout. Peter recently completed the requirements necessary to be acknowledged as an Eagle Scout, which includes the earning of 21 merit badges, active participation in the community, and the demonstration of the principles of the Scout Oath.

“Peter is an extremely active resident in our community. He has certainly made his presence felt through his community service and personal volunteer efforts,” said Lupinacci. “I applaud Peter for his tireless effort, and truly believe that his dedication to Huntington, New York State and the United States will remain strong throughout his future endeavors.”
