(Long Island, NY) Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,WF,I-Huntington Station) recently joined friends and family of Thomas J. Hustedt to celebrate his Eagle Scout Court of Honor. Hustedt is a member of Troop 34 in Huntington Station.

Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci joins Nicholas Ciappetta, Vice-President of the South Huntington School Board, Eagle Scout Thomas J. Hustedt, James Kaden, President of the South Huntington School Board and Walt Whitman High School Assistant Principal Jon Varlamos.
“Thomas’ hard work and dedication has culminated in his Eagle Scout and this ceremony was a chance to honor his good deeds and service to the community,” said Lupinacci. “The Court of Honor was also an opportunity for Thomas to say thank you for all the hard work and time contributed by his scoutmasters, fellow scouts and family. It was an honor to celebrate with Thomas, his troop mates, friends, and family on this important occasion and I applaud his achievement.”
Hustedt is a member of Scout Troop 34 in Huntington Station. Throughout his time as a Scout, Thomas has earned 48 Merit Badges including Citizenship in the Community, Wilderness Survival and American Heritage.
